How does someone become a contract killer? What do that have to do to get the job? I don’t want to become one, I am just wanting to know how someone could get stuck with that job.

That’s really not the kind of job that anyone would "get stuck with". You’d kinda have to choose it and really work at it, since it’s illegal and immoral. You don’t take a test in school and get sent to the CIA. Those guys kinda fall into it.
There are always news stories about someone who wants to get rid of someone and they talk to someone who knows someone who knows a guy who can take care of things. That person talks the the contractor and then things get done. Lots of mistakes are made and the police have loads of evidence. All they need is one break.
Then the contractor tells someone, because it’s a word of mouth kind of business and that person gets drunk and pi$$ed off at a party and mentions that he knows a guy who can take him out. Someone at the party tells someone and that person knows a cop.
You get a call, you meet with someone and then you get busted. Grainy video in a cheap motel room. If they get you for the contract you did (and for your first time you’d probably make mistakes), life without possibility of parole.
